Job Title: Fleet Manager
  Location: South Pacific Sea Islands/Pohnpei/Marshal

Responsibilities: 
     1. Always support the company’s business developing strategies;
     2. In charge of budget planning, expert in controlling expenses and cost-savings;
     3. Carry on daily operation tasks, including material supply, property management, fishing and equipment maintenance; 
     4. Responsible for both internal and external affairs should be able to maintain positive relationship with the local government;
     5. Supervise the crew and conduct their regular performance evaluation.

Qualifications:
    1. College degree or above, major in pelagic fishery or related course;
    2. at least 5 years experience in pelagic fishery, and at least 3 years experience as fleet manager or in equivalent management post；
    3. Strong sense of duty and teamwork;
    4. Can work under pressure and willing to accept overseas assignments;
    5. Good in English and with computer skills.
