Job Title:  Base Manager
Location: South Pacific Sea Islands/Pohnpei

Responsibilities: 
     1. Always support the company’s business development strategies;
     2. In charge of budget planning, expert in controlling expense and cost-savings;
     3. Carry on daily operation tasks, including material supply, finance, air shipping, and warehouse management and supervision; 
     4. Responsible for both internal and external affairs, should be able to maintain positive relationship with the local government;
      5. Conduct performance evaluation of base clerks  

 Qualifications: 
     1.College degree or above，major in company management or other management course；
     2. At least 5 years experience in a pelagic fishery base, and at least 3 years experience as base manager or in equivalent management post；
     3. Strong sense of duty and teamwork;
     4. Can work under pressure and willing to work overseas;
     5. Good in English and with computer skills.
