Responsibilities：
1. Manage the work of the crew and provide necessary guidance;
2. Create balance among different divisions aboard the vessel, create work diligence among the whole crew;
3. Chart the route, always abide by international sailing regulations and laws, will take full charge and steer the ship throughout severe weather conditions.
Qualifications：
1. Above technical school education；
2. At least 5 years experience as a ship captain:
3. Has experience with oceanic vessel operation and fishing management;
4. Can accept regular sailing schedule, expert in providing guidance to improve productivity of the crew
