1. Reporting to the captain, responsible for proper operation, maintenance, and inspection of main and auxiliary machinery
2. Responsible for formulating the maintenance strategies of engines
3. Collect and apply for maintenance
4. In charge of fuel use
Qualifications：
1. Above technical school education；
2. At least 5 years experience as a ship captain:
3. Expert in oceanic vessel operation and fishing management;
4. Can accept regular sailing schedule, expert in providing guidance to improve productivity of the crew
