1. Keep the equipment and processing flow in good order
2. In charge of processing, packaging and freezing techniques for Saku and so on.
3. Ensure sanitation standard of fish processing
4. Satisfy different customers’ needs with excellent services;
Qualifications：
1. Major in fisheries.
2. Above two years work experience in marine products processing, familiar with quality processing techniques for tuna fish and products;
3. Familiar with western sanitation standards;
4. Good English reading and writing skills, can communicate in English orally.
